We’re looking for an  Art Director / Designer to join our team in Sydney.

Now We Collide is an independent creative agency in Surry Hills, Sydney. We work with brands on strategy and campaign ideation, through to full service design and video production. You can find out more about us, our values and the sort of work we do on our website.

About the role
We’re looking for someone that can take a client brief, dissect it, challenge it, come up with concepts, then take those concepts and turn them into beautiful finished designs.

As an Art Director and Designer, you’re the brand guardian for our clients - ensuring everything we create looks 100% and is on brand.

As an integrated designer role, the workload will consist of a mix of designing for digital, social, video and print. You’ll need to be comfortable designing both static artwork and initial design style frames for video work.  

About you
You’ve spent some time working at other agencies, production or design studios and have a portfolio filled with digital, integrated campaign work. 

You’re able to help come up with new ideas for campaigns and then jump on the tools and turn the draft sketch into a finished product.

You have a really solid sense of design and typography and you’re able to get things done quickly when it’s needed, you’re proactive and well organised.

You’re easy to work with and take feedback in your stride. 

You're hungry to learn, keen to discover new skills and find new ways of doing things.

You’re genuinely passionate about the creative industry and advertising in general - you’re always looking at what the next big campaign is and you keep up to date with changes in the creative and advertising scene.
